United Wagon Company (UniWagon) might go for an SPO, the TASS reports. The decision was taken by the company’s Board of Directors. The company is to increase its joint stock capital at 8.5 M shares with 1 RUB par value (125.7 K USD). United Wagon Company is one of the largest Russian freight car manufacturers. UniWagon’s IPO was held in April 2015; the company sold 12.22% at 9.028 B RUB (133.5 M USD at the current exchange rate).
