Alstom Increased Share in Transmashholding to 33%
Alstom reported to have closed the deal of purchasing an additional 8% shares in Transmashholding from OAO RZD. The amount of the deal was 54 M EUR.
The French company now owns 33% in Transmashholding. Alstom retained two seats in the Transmashholding Board of Directors.
Transmashholding is formally owned by the Dutch Breakers Investments B.V. The beneficiaries of the company are entrepreneurs Iskander Makhmudov, Andrey Bokarev, Alstom and OAO RZD. OAO RZD is expected to sell its share to the other shareholders.
