RZD VPs Stepov and Vorotilkin Dismissed from Their Positions

OAO RZD Vice President Victor Stepov was dismissed from his position. Another OAO RZD Vice President Alexey Vorotilkin resigned.

Mr. Stepov supervised management system development; Mr. Vorotilkin supervised locomotive operations and chaired the Traction Directorate.

Oleg Valinsky, who was Head of October Railway, was appointed Vice President.
