Transmashholding May Establish a JV in Hungary

Transmashholding may establish a JV in Hungary, the Kommersant quotes Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Negotiations were held in course of his visit to Hungary.
Transmashholding is discussing joint manufacture of passenger coaches and trams with Dunakeszi Jarmujavito Kft. The JV might supply passenger coaches and trams to the Eastern Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East.
Dunakeszi Jarmujavito Kft (DJJ) is a former repair depot of Hungarian Railways (MAV). DJJ is manufacturing passenger coaches and its components. The company is owned by the Hungarian Government (64.9%), MAV (25.1%) and facility team (10%).
Transmashholding confirmed that it is in negotiations with DJJ but refrained from further details.
