RZD to Pay 4.7 M USD in Dividends

OAO RZD is to pay dividends for 2015 at 302 M RUB (4.7 M USD), the TASS reports. It makes 95% of the company’s net profit (Russian accounting principles).

Furthermore, OAO RZD is to pay 5% of the net profit into the reserve fund, which makes 15.9 M RUB.
