Russia and China Established Joint Science & Education Center

Russo-Chinese Science and Education Center for Development of the High-Speed Rolling Stock and Rolling Stock Interaction with Rail Infrastructure was established, the Gudok reports. The agreement was signed by Moscow State Railway University, OAO Speed Mainlines, AO VNIIZhT, OAO NIIAS, AO VNIKTI, VNIIZhG and CRRC Changchun.

The center is to be located at the Moscow State Railway University. The founders of the center will work on arrangement and execution of joint R&D and engineering projects, joint technology development and transfer, harmonization of national technical requirements, manufacture localization, training to human resources.
