Ural Locomotives Delivered 104 Locos and 30 EMU Consists in 2016

Ural Locomotives reported 2016 sales, the Interfax.
The company sold 30 Lastochka (ES2G) EMU trains, 89 Sinara (2ES6) freight electric locomotives and 15 Granit (2ES10 electric locomotives with a booster section). All the locomotives were supplied to OAO RZD and delivered to Sverdlovskaya, West-Siberian and South-Ural Railways. The EMUs were delivered to Moscow Central Circle.
Ural Locomotives is a joint venture established by Sinara Group and Siemens. The company manufactures electric multiple units and electric locomotives. In 2015 Ural Locomotives supplied 113 freight electric locomotives. OAO RZD’s plan for 2017 was 33 Sinara locomotives and 10 Granit locomotives.
