ZDRM to Invest 16 M USD into Loco Repair Facilities in 2017

Zheldorremmash’s (ZDRM) investment program for 2017 is up 4 times, the Gudok reports. The company will invest 958 M RUB (16 M USD) into its plants’ modernization.
The key recipients of ZDRM’s investments are locomotive repair plants located in Ulan-Ude (226 M RUB = 3.8 M USD), Orenburg (170 M RUB = 2.9 M USD), Chelyabinsk (100 M RUB = 1.7 M USD), Yaroslavl (80 M RUB = 1.3 M USD) and Rostov-on-Don (70 M RUB = 1.2 M USD).
ZDRM is a holding company managing key Russian locomotive repair facilities. The company is owned by Locomotive Technologies Group.
