Crimea to Buy Sleepers at 8.7 M USD

Crimean Railway has announced a tender for 93,180 concrete sleepers, the Interfax reports. The starting (maximal) amount of the contract is 485.5 M RUB (8.7 M USD).

The sleepers have to have “intermediate connectors” and to be supplied to Crimea in 2017.

The tender bids are accepted until April 17. The tender is to be held on April 27.

Crimean Railway is managed by the Federal Agency of Railway Transport.
